Set your oven to 400ºF and line your baking sheet with parchment.

Gently peel each biscuit into two halves. Smear horseradish sauce onto each piece.

Top half of the biscuit layers with a slice of cheese and a pile of roast beef. Place the other biscuit halves over them and press the edges together to close.

Lay biscuits on the prepared tray and bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes.

As biscuits bake, whip up the au jus following the packet directions.
