French Dip Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can of refrigerated biscuits (16.3 ounces, 8 per can).
02 - 1 pound of deli-style roast beef, deeply flavorful.
03 - 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce for added zing.
04 - 8 slices of provolone cheese.
05 - 1-ounce packet of au jus gravy mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400ºF and line your baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Gently peel each biscuit into two halves. Smear horseradish sauce onto each piece.
03 - Top half of the biscuit layers with a slice of cheese and a pile of roast beef. Place the other biscuit halves over them and press the edges together to close.
04 - Lay biscuits on the prepared tray and bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes.
05 - As biscuits bake, whip up the au jus following the packet directions.

01 - Tastes best while still warm and fresh from the oven.
02 - Feel free to tweak the horseradish sauce to your liking.
