Fresh Tomato Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped.
02 - A small handful of fresh basil, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup).
03 - 1 minced garlic clove.
04 - 1 tablespoon high-quality olive oil.
05 - 1-2 teaspoons of tangy balsamic vinegar.
06 - 8 oz of crumbled feta cheese.
07 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
08 - Half a cup of sour cream.
09 - 1 small garlic clove, minced.
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice.
11 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the Roma tomatoes into small pieces after removing the cores.
02 - Combine the diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak up the flavors.
03 - Add all the cheese ingredients to a food processor and run it for 3-4 minutes until everything is creamy.
04 - Spread the smooth cheese mixture onto your serving plate, then spoon the tomato mixture on top.
05 - Sprinkle on red pepper flakes, some Parmesan, and extra basil for a nice touch.

01 - No need to turn on the stove or oven.
02 - You can make parts of this ahead and keep them ready.
03 - Tastes best if eaten right away.
