# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
06 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - Flaky sea salt for a final touch.
11 - Powdered sugar for an extra sprinkle.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the butter and chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until silky smooth.
02 - Blend eggs, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth, then mix in the melted chocolate.
03 - Stir flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together until evenly combined.
04 - Carefully fold the dry mix into the wet mix, stopping when it’s just blended.
05 - Pop the dough into the fridge for about an hour or until it’s firm.
06 - Get your oven going at 350°F. Line your baking trays with parchment paper.
07 - Spoon out bits of dough, spacing them 2 inches apart on the prepared trays.
08 - Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, till you see crackled tops but the centers stay soft.
