Whip the heavy cream, vanilla, and food coloring together using a mixer (stand or handheld) until stiff peaks stand up.

Slowly mix in the sweetened condensed milk at a low setting. Tweak the color by adding extra food dye if you want it darker.

Carefully mix the Oreo pieces and Chips Ahoy into the base. Toss it all into a loaf pan or 8-inch cake pan, then sprinkle a few cookies on top for decoration.

Wrap the pan tightly with plastic or use a lid. Stick it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or better yet, overnight until solid.
