Gingerbread Crinkle Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
03 - 4 ½ cups plain flour.
04 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
05 - ¾ teaspoon salt.
06 - 3 teaspoons ground ginger.
07 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder.
08 - ½ teaspoon ground cloves.
09 - 1 cup cold butter, cut into cubes.
10 - 1 ⅓ cups packed dark brown sugar.
11 - ½ cup molasses (unsulphured).
12 - ¼ cup milk.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Put parchment on baking sheets so they're ready to go.
02 - Beat molasses, butter, and brown sugar for about 3 minutes until light. Toss in milk and vanilla after.
03 - Stir in the soda, salt, flour, and spices. The mixture may feel crumbly but it should come together.
04 - Roll into 3-tablespoon balls, coat them in your sugars, place on sheets, and press down gently. Refrigerate for an hour.
05 - Bake at 375°F for about 10-12 min. Leave them to cool for 10 min before trying them.

01 - Keep the dough in the fridge for an hour to firm up.
02 - Use both sugars for the perfect coating.
