Grinch Jello Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Whipped cream to top it off.
02 - A pinch of green gel coloring.
03 - 1/3 cup of vanilla-flavored vodka.
04 - 1/3 cup peppermint-flavored schnapps.
05 - 1 and a quarter cups of water.
06 - Half an ounce of plain powdered gelatin.
07 - Heart-shaped sprinkles to decorate.

# Instructions:

01 - Put your shot glasses or tiny cups on a baking sheet with edges.
02 - In a medium-sized pot, mix water and gelatin powder, then let it sit for five minutes.
03 - Turn the heat to medium-low and warm the mixture until it’s dissolved. Don't let it boil!
04 - Take it off the stove and stir in the food coloring until it’s mixed well.
05 - Pour in the peppermint schnapps and vanilla vodka, then mix it thoroughly.
06 - Use a pitcher or measuring cup to fill your cups, cover them, and pop them in the fridge for four hours to set.
07 - Just before serving, add whipped cream and sprinkle those cute heart decorations on top.

# Notes:

01 - Swap out plain gelatin for lime-flavored jello if you like.
02 - Use plain vodka? Toss in 1/4 cup sugar to sweeten it up.
03 - Feel free to leave out the peppermint schnapps if it’s not your thing.
