Green Juice Ingredients (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups of baby spinach leaves, approximately 180g
02 - 2 cups of peeled pineapple chunks, about 473g total
03 - 1 medium-sized piece of ginger root
04 - 3 small stalks of celery

# Instructions:

01 - Clean the spinach leaves and celery thoroughly if dirty. Chop up the pineapple after removing its skin, and peel your ginger if you'd like.
02 - Start with the lighter ingredients like spinach and ginger, then follow up with the chunkier ones like celery and pineapple. For standard juicers, feed them in piece by piece.
03 - Switch on the machine and let it do its thing with all the ingredients.
04 - Transfer into cups, toss in some ice cubes if you like, and serve at once. Sipping with a glass straw is suggested.

# Notes:

01 - Yields close to 2 cups or 500mL of juice.
02 - You can tweak sweetness by using more pineapple or spinach.
03 - Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
04 - If refrigerated, shake the juice well before drinking.
