Cut the pizza dough into 6 even chunks and stretch each into a rectangle on a floured countertop.

Smear dressing across dough but leave a 1-inch edge all around. Scatter chicken and bacon over it, then cover with mozzarella.

Start from one end and roll the rectangles up. Put them on a greased baking sheet. Brush with more dressing and dust with Parmesan.

Pop in a 415°F oven for 17-20 minutes until they turn golden brown. They're best eaten right away when the cheese is still gooey.
