Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Salmon fillet, 1 pound, no skin or bones, diced into 1-inch cubes.
02 - Tamari or soy sauce, 1/3 cup.
03 - Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon.
04 - Honey, 3 tablespoons.
05 - Minced garlic, 2 teaspoons.
06 - Grated or minced ginger, 1 teaspoon.
07 - Chili garlic sauce, 1 teaspoon or sriracha, 3/4 teaspoon.
08 - Butter, 1 tablespoon.
09 - Cilantro, chopped, to sprinkle on top.
10 - Sesame seeds for sprinkling.
11 - Chili crisp oil on the side (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine tamari, lemon juice, honey, ginger, garlic, and chili sauce in a bowl. Drop in salmon pieces and let sit for about 5 minutes.
02 - Place a large skillet over medium-high heat with oil, letting it heat up until shimmering but not smoky.
03 - Cook salmon for about 2 minutes on one side. Add butter, flip, and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy.
04 - Pour in leftover marinade and simmer until it thickens slightly. Use it to coat the salmon as it cooks.
05 - Top with sesame seeds and cilantro, then serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Works great in an air fryer too.
02 - Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Level of spice can be tuned down or up.
