Hot Honey Feta Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces of feta cheese, cut into thin slices.
02 - 12 phyllo sheets (use half a package).
03 - 1½ sticks of melted butter.
04 - 1 tablespoon of honey.
05 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano.
06 - 2 teaspoons of red chili flakes.
07 - Black sesame seeds to sprinkle over.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lay down all 12 phyllo sheets flat.
02 - Spread out the feta over the phyllo. Dust it with chili flakes and oregano, then drizzle some honey on top.
03 - Tightly roll up the phyllo, sushi-style. Slice into small sections.
04 - Coat a muffin tin with melted butter. Place each roll into the tin, brush more butter on top, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden. Let it cool for a bit, then dig in.

# Notes:

01 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - Serve with extra honey drizzled on top, if you'd like.
