Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lay down all 12 phyllo sheets flat.

Spread out the feta over the phyllo. Dust it with chili flakes and oregano, then drizzle some honey on top.

Tightly roll up the phyllo, sushi-style. Slice into small sections.

Coat a muffin tin with melted butter. Place each roll into the tin, brush more butter on top, and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Pop it in the oven for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden. Let it cool for a bit, then dig in.
