Spiced Sweet Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Peel and slice 2 sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch thick rounds
02 - 5 tbsp olive oil
03 - 4 garlic cloves, crushed
04 - 1/4 cup dark brown sugar

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon ground paprika
06 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
07 - Salt and black pepper, add as much as you like
08 - 2 tablespoons of jerk spice mix

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your oven to 350°F, and place some parchment paper on your baking sheet.
02 - Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into discs about 1/2-inch thick.
03 - Take a large bowl and mix olive oil, dark brown sugar, jerk seasoning, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together. Toss the sweet potato slices in this mixture so they’re coated all over.
04 - Spread the sweet potato slices onto the lined baking tray and stick it in the oven. Let them bake for 35-40 minutes until they’re cooked through and soft.

# Notes:

01 - Keep any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge. They’ll last 2-3 days.
