Korean BBQ Meatballs + Mayo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1/4 cup finely diced onion
03 - 2 minced garlic cloves
04 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 egg
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
11 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
12 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

→ Creamy Spicy Dipping Sauce

13 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
14 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
15 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 1/4 cup mayo
17 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Dump all the meatball ingredients into a big bowl and stir everything together.
02 - Roll the mixture into small, round meatballs.
03 - Warm up some olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat, then cook the meatballs till they’re crispy brown all around.
04 - Take all the dip ingredients and whisk them together in a little bowl.
05 - Put the cooked meatballs on a plate and serve them with the spicy sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use any type of ground meat you like.
02 - You can add more or less sriracha depending on how spicy you want it.
03 - These meatballs are great with noodles or rice.
