# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon grated lime zest.
02 - 4 cups of powdered sugar.
03 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
04 - 1 tablespoon of soft butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon of lime juice concentrate.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir together the softened butter, cream cheese, lime zest, and lime juice until smooth.
02 - Bit by bit, mix in the powdered sugar—about half a cup at a time—until the dough is firm and not sticky.
03 - Roll the mixture into small balls about ½-inch wide, then arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
04 - Use a fork to gently press each ball down and create a simple design.
05 - Chill in the fridge for an hour, then they’re ready to eat.
