Mini Big Mac Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Special Sauce

01 - ½ cup mayo
02 - 3 tablespoons regular French dressing
03 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickle relish
04 - 2 tablespoons finely diced white onion
05 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
06 - ½ teaspoon plain sugar
07 - ¼ teaspoon powdered onion
08 - ⅛ teaspoon red paprika

→ Main Burger Parts

09 - 12 small potato rolls
10 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
11 - 20 pieces American cheese slices, split up
12 - 2 pounds ground beef meat

→ Flavor Mix

13 - ½-1 teaspoon table salt
14 - ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
15 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
16 - 1 teaspoon dried onion powder
17 - 1 teaspoon oregano powder

→ Extras

18 - Thin cut lettuce
19 - 24 small dill pickles
20 - ¼ cup tiny chopped onions
21 - Sesame seeds (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all sauce stuff in a bowl. Cool in fridge till you need it.
02 - Coat bun centers with butter, warm till light brown. Brush butter on tops and sprinkle seeds if you like. Put cheese on bottom parts.
03 - Cook spiced beef in pan on medium. Pour off fat. Mix in leftover cheese till it's gooey.
04 - Put meat onto bottom buns. Cook at 375°F until cheese gets soft and runny.
05 - Cover meat with lettuce and pickle slices. Smear sauce on top buns, scatter diced onion, then close your sliders.
