Mushroom Swiss (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mushroom Topping

01 - 8 oz mushrooms, thinly sliced
02 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
03 - 2 tablespoons butter
04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 small onion, sliced thin
06 - Season with black pepper and salt to taste

→ Burger Patties

07 - 1 pound beef, ground (80/20 lean-fat mix)
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend

→ Assembly

10 - 4 buns for burgers
11 - Lettuce, mayo, mustard, or sliced tomato (your choice)
12 - 4 slices of Swiss cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a pan, then sauté the mushrooms and onions together for around 8 to 10 minutes. Add the garlic and Worcestershire sauce, giving them a stir, and cook for another minute.
02 - Take the ground beef, mix in the seasonings, and shape it into 4 burger patties.
03 - Grill each patty for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Toward the end of cooking, put a slice of cheese on top and cover so it melts nicely.
04 - Toast the buns lightly, then layer on the burger, melty cheese, mushroom mixture, and any other add-ons you want.
