Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups Cap'n Crunch cereal.
02 - 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
03 - ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes, with extra for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - In a heatproof measuring cup, melt the chocolate chips by placing the cup in a pot of water filled up to the 8 oz line. Stir every so often over medium-low heat for 5-8 minutes.
02 - Grab a big bowl and toss in the cereal with the coconut flakes. Stir in the melted chocolate until everything's coated.
03 - Drop spoonfuls of the mix onto a lined baking sheet, aiming for snowball shapes, and sprinkle more coconut on top.
04 - Pop the tray in the fridge for around 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate firms up.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare this ahead of time and keep it fresh in a sealed container.
02 - Make sure no water sneaks into the chocolate while melting to avoid clumping.
