In a heatproof measuring cup, melt the chocolate chips by placing the cup in a pot of water filled up to the 8 oz line. Stir every so often over medium-low heat for 5-8 minutes.

Grab a big bowl and toss in the cereal with the coconut flakes. Stir in the melted chocolate until everything's coated.

Drop spoonfuls of the mix onto a lined baking sheet, aiming for snowball shapes, and sprinkle more coconut on top.

Pop the tray in the fridge for around 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate firms up.
