Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
03 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
06 - 2 cloves minced garlic.
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
08 - 1/4 cup milk.
09 - 1 cup breadcrumbs.
10 - 1/2 cup plain flour.
11 - 2 large eggs.
12 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F. In one dish, combine breadcrumbs, seasonings, and half the Parmesan. In a second dish, whisk milk with eggs. Place flour in a third.
02 - Coat the chicken by rolling it in flour first, then egg mix, and finally the breadcrumb blend.
03 - In hot olive oil, cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side till golden. Move to a baking dish.
04 - Combine mozzarella, garlic, and the rest of the Parmesan. Spread over chicken and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully done.

02 - For a kick, sprinkle in red pepper flakes.
