Clean the blender. Toss in the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice or water, and honey. Blend until creamy and thick, adjusting the liquid if needed.

Grab some tall glasses and layer spoonfuls of the pineapple and strawberry mixtures. To get a swirly pattern, gently mix the layers with a spoon or straw.
