Pink Cloud Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mini marshmallows.
02 - Pink sugar sprinkles.
03 - 1/2 cup butter—unsalted.
04 - 3/4 cup condensed milk (sweetened).
05 - 24 oz white candy coating.
06 - 4 drops of pink gel food color.
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla essence.
08 - 1 teaspoon bubblegum essence.

# Instructions:

01 - Take a 9-inch square pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some over the edges.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white melts, butter, and milk. Heat in 40-second intervals. Stir until melted and blended.
03 - Stir in the bubblegum and vanilla flavors. Drop in the pink gel and mix until the color spreads evenly.
04 - Pour a third into the pan. Mix the marshmallows with the rest and spread that over the base. Sprinkle generously with pink sprinkles.
05 - Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Lift out using the parchment, then slice into 16 squares.
