Honey Prosciutto Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Dough

01 - 2 to 2¼ cups of standard all-purpose flour
02 - 1 packet of Fleischmann's® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
03 - 1½ teaspoons of regular white sugar
04 - ½ teaspoon of plain salt
05 - ⅔ cup of water, warmed up a bit
06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

→ Herbed Oil

07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 2 minced garlic cloves
09 - 1 teaspoon of oregano (dried variety)
10 - ½ teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves

→ Toppings

11 - 2 ounces of prosciutto
12 - 6 ounces burrata cheese
13 - About 2 handfuls of fresh arugula
14 - Juice squeezed from half a lemon
15 - ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
16 - A tiny bit of salt
17 - ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
18 - 1 tablespoon honey

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir together 1 cup of the flour, the yeast, sugar, and salt. Slowly mix in the warm water and olive oil using a wooden spoon until it’s all combined and sticky.
02 - Add 1 more cup of flour and mix until the dough looks rough. Place it on a floured counter or tabletop and knead for a minute, adding up to ¼ cup extra flour if it sticks too much. Shape it into a ball and let it sit for 10 minutes to rest.
03 - Use the resting time to stir together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in a small dish.
04 - Get your oven to 425°F. Put the dough on a parchment-lined pizza tray with holes, and work it out into a 12 to 13-inch circle. The edges should be a little thicker than the center.
05 - Spread the herbed oil over the dough with a brush, then add the prosciutto. Slide it into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it’s golden and puffed up.
06 - As soon as the pizza comes out hot, scatter chunks of burrata cheese on it. In a bowl, toss the arugula with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, then spread it over the pizza. Finish with a drizzle of honey on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - A pizza tray with holes at the bottom works best for an even bake.
02 - If the dough isn’t stretching well, let it relax for a while to make it easier.
03 - Add toppings after baking to keep everything as fresh as possible.
