01 -
In a big bowl, stir together 1 cup of the flour, the yeast, sugar, and salt. Slowly mix in the warm water and olive oil using a wooden spoon until it’s all combined and sticky.
02 -
Add 1 more cup of flour and mix until the dough looks rough. Place it on a floured counter or tabletop and knead for a minute, adding up to ¼ cup extra flour if it sticks too much. Shape it into a ball and let it sit for 10 minutes to rest.
03 -
Use the resting time to stir together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in a small dish.
04 -
Get your oven to 425°F. Put the dough on a parchment-lined pizza tray with holes, and work it out into a 12 to 13-inch circle. The edges should be a little thicker than the center.
05 -
Spread the herbed oil over the dough with a brush, then add the prosciutto. Slide it into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it’s golden and puffed up.
06 -
As soon as the pizza comes out hot, scatter chunks of burrata cheese on it. In a bowl, toss the arugula with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, then spread it over the pizza. Finish with a drizzle of honey on top before serving.
