Beef Macaroni Veggie Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1¾ cups frozen veggie mix
02 - 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
03 - 1 packet of dry onion soup mix
04 - 1 pound of ground beef

→ Liquids

05 - 1 can (28 oz) of diced tomatoes, juices included
06 - 5 cups water

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef in a big soup pot, then remove the grease.
02 - Mix the water, the dry soup mix, and the canned tomatoes with juice in the pot. Let them simmer together for about an hour.
03 - Add the macaroni and frozen veggies, then simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta's soft.
04 - Scoop some into bowls while warm, and dig in!
