Cake Mix Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 1 package strawberry cake mix
02 - 2 eggs, room temperature
03 - ⅓ cup melted salted butter (oil works too)
04 - 1 teaspoon extract of strawberry

→ Glaze

05 - ¾ cup sugar powder
06 - 2 tablespoons jam of strawberry
07 - 1½ tablespoons fresh milk

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Get your 8x8 or 9x9 dish ready with some parchment paper and a light coating of cooking spray.
02 - Stir together your cake mix, eggs, melted butter and strawberry extract until everything's mixed well. Don't worry if the batter seems too thick.
03 - Put your thick batter into the pan you've prepared. Let it bake for about 18-25 minutes. You'll know it's done when a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out without any wet batter.
04 - Take the pan out and let everything cool all the way down on a wire rack.
05 - Mix your sugar powder, strawberry jam, and milk together with a whisk until it looks smooth.
06 - Drizzle your glaze all over the cooled brownies and smooth it out. Then cut them into 9-12 squares.

03 - Make 9 big squares or 12 smaller ones depending on what you want
