Hot Ranch Sausage Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1 cup sour cream
03 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
04 - 1 packet of ranch seasoning (1 ounce)
05 - 1 pound ground sausage (your choice of mild or spicy)
06 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
07 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped for topping
08 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet on medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it into small pieces as it browns. Once it's fully done, drain out the extra grease and set aside.
02 - Grab a large mixing bowl and stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix until it's nice and smooth.
03 - Toss in the cooked sausage, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and diced tomatoes (if you want). Stir everything until it's well blended.
04 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish, spread your sausage mixture evenly inside, and add some extra cheese on top if you like.
05 - Place your dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the cheese is fully melted and everything is bubbling.
06 - Once baked, let it sit for 5 minutes to cool a little. Add chopped green onions on top and serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.

02 - Want to make it in a slow cooker? Mix everything together and heat on low for 2-3 hours, giving it a stir now and then.
03 - If there are any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Make sure to reheat before serving.
04 - Craving more spice? Add hot sauce, diced jalapeños, or crispy bacon for extra flavor!
