Velvet Cookie Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips.
05 - 1/2 tablespoon red food coloring.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
09 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened.
10 - 1 tablespoon milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Bake flour at 350°F until it reaches 165°F.
02 - Let the flour cool down all the way.
03 - Whip together the butter and sugars till fluffy.
04 - Stir in the milk, vanilla, and food color.
05 - Mix in the flour, cocoa, and salt.
06 - Gently mix in those chocolate chips.
07 - Eat right away or stick it in the fridge.

01 - Flour must be heated before use.
02 - Store it in the fridge after making.
03 - You can freeze it to keep it longer.
04 - Perfect for adding on top of desserts.
