Iowa Party Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One 15 oz can of sweet corn, drained.
02 - 8 oz block of softened cream cheese.
03 - A bag of Tostitos Scoops (10 oz).
04 - One large egg.
05 - 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - A 4 oz can of green chilies (mild or medium).
07 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
08 - ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.
09 - A teaspoon of regular salt.
10 - ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F. Either grease baking pans or put down some parchment. Put all the tortilla chips close together in rows.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, corn, egg, chilies, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until it’s all mixed together.
03 - Spoon about a tablespoon of the mixture into each chip. Sprinkle the top of each with parmesan.
04 - Pop into the oven for 13-15 minutes until the tops are bubbling and golden. They're best enjoyed while warm!

# Notes:

01 - Use gluten-free chips if needed.
02 - Tastes best right out of the oven.
