# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup softened butter with salt.
02 - 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed.
03 - 3/4 cup regular white sugar.
04 - 1 egg, whole.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
06 - 1/3 cup molasses.
07 - 2 1/4 cups plain flour.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 2 teaspoons baking soda.
10 - 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of powdered nutmeg.
12 - 1 tablespoon ground ginger.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.
14 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
15 - 1 cup sifted powdered sugar.
16 - 1/4 cup butter at room temperature.
17 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
18 - 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon spice.
19 - 1 tablespoon of milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and get baking pans ready with parchment paper lining.
02 - Use a mixer to whip the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together until they're fluffy. Remember to scrape the bowl halfway.
03 - Add the molasses, egg, and vanilla to the bowl and mix until everything comes together smoothly.
04 - In another bowl, blend the spices, baking soda, baking powder, and flour using a whisk.
05 - Slowly mix the dry stuff into the wet mixture until dough forms. Don't overmix it.
06 - Roll dough into balls about 1 1/2 tablespoons each and bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges just turn a golden color.
07 - Beat cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and powdered sugar together. Add milk to thin it out if you'd like, and keep beating until smooth.
08 - When cookies are fully cool, spread frosting on top. You can add some sprinkles for fun if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Wait until cookies are totally cool before frosting.
02 - Feel free to add extra milk if the frosting is too thick.
