# Ingredients:

→ Hot Honey

01 - 1/3 cup (110g) runny honey
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons spicy sauce (Cholula or Frank's)
03 - 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

→ Chicken Seasoning

04 - 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon table salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
08 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne

→ Main Ingredients

11 - 2 boneless chicken breasts (250g/9oz each)
12 - 1/4 cup (35g) all-purpose flour
13 - 2 eggs, whisked
14 - 1 cup (65g) crunchy panko crumbs
15 - 7oz (200g) crumbled feta cheese
16 - 6-8 tablespoons cooking oil, for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Combine honey with spicy sauce and red pepper in a small bowl. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds or warm on stove until it bubbles gently. Set aside to cool down.
02 - Cut chicken breasts sideways to make 4 thinner pieces. Combine all your seasonings in a small bowl.
03 - Get three dishes ready. Put flour and half the seasoning in the first one, whisked eggs in the second, and panko with the rest of seasoning in the third. Dip each chicken piece through all three.
04 - Pour oil into a big pan and heat on medium-high. Cook chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until it's golden brown and fully done.
05 - Sprinkle crumbled feta over your chicken and broil until the cheese turns golden. Pour warm honey mixture over everything before you serve.

# Notes:

01 - You can bake it at 430°F for 18-20 minutes if you don't want to fry
02 - Make your spicy honey ahead of time and keep it in the fridge
03 - Tastes great with a side of crispy potatoes and fresh arugula
