Ginger Turmeric Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - 2 lemons, peeled and sliced into quarters
02 - 2 inches of fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
03 - 2 oranges, peeled and cut into sections
04 - 2 inches of fresh ginger, skin removed
05 - 2-4 cloves of raw garlic, peeled (you can skip this if you want)

→ Liquids & Sweeteners

06 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with the good stuff (the mother)
07 - 1 pinch of black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon of raw honey
09 - 2 cups of filtered water

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a strong blender and mix it up until it’s smooth.
02 - Grab a fine strainer and a large bowl. Pour your mix through the strainer and use a spoon to press down the pulp so the liquid can pass through. Do this in small batches and give your strainer a rinse in between.
03 - Once strained, transfer the liquid into a measuring cup with a pouring spout to make it easy to transfer.
04 - With a small funnel, carefully fill your bottles, leaving around a quarter inch of space at the top.
05 - Shake it well before drinking and enjoy it first thing in the morning or as soon as you feel the sniffles coming on!

# Notes:

01 - Keep this in the fridge for up to 7 days.
02 - It’s awesome for keeping your immune system strong during cold and flu seasons.
03 - The best way to drink it is to take a small shot when you wake up in the morning.
