Spicy Southern Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (16 ounces) of Saltine crackers.
02 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 2 or 3 tablespoons of crushed red pepper flakes.
06 - 2 packets (1-ounce each) of Ranch dressing mix.
07 - 1 2/3 cups of canola or vegetable oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour oil, Ranch mix, red pepper flakes, and all spices into a large zip bag. Seal it and shake till blended.
02 - Toss the crackers into the bag. Slowly flip it around so every cracker gets covered.
03 - Leave the bag at room temperature for the night.
04 - Set your oven to 250°F. Line the crackers in a single layer on baking pans.
05 - Cook them for 15 minutes until they're crunchy.

# Notes:

01 - Less heat? Cut back on the red pepper amount.
02 - Overnight sitting is key to great flavor.
03 - Store in a sealed container for up to a week.
