Strawberry Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of Funfetti cookie mix, from the box.
02 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened up.
03 - 1 large egg, cracked and ready.
04 - 8 tablespoons of pink or white sugar crystals or sprinkles.
05 - 18 Hershey's Strawberry Kisses, ice cream cone flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 375°F and get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - Mix together the cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and your egg until you’ve got a smooth dough ready to go.
03 - Grab 1½ tablespoons of dough for each cookie, roll 'em in sprinkles or sugar, and chill for 30-60 mins if it’s sticky.
04 - Lay cookies about 1½ inches apart on the sheet. Bake until the edges look just set, roughly 8-12 mins.
05 - Let the cookies rest for around 3-5 minutes, then gently pop a Strawberry Kiss in the middle of each.
06 - Move them to a cooling rack or dig in while they’re a little warm.

# Notes:

01 - Be sure the cookies are fully cool before packing them away so the chocolate stays in shape.
02 - How long you let them rest can change how melty the kisses get.
