Turn oven to 375°F and get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Mix together the cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and your egg until you’ve got a smooth dough ready to go.

Grab 1½ tablespoons of dough for each cookie, roll 'em in sprinkles or sugar, and chill for 30-60 mins if it’s sticky.

Lay cookies about 1½ inches apart on the sheet. Bake until the edges look just set, roughly 8-12 mins.

Let the cookies rest for around 3-5 minutes, then gently pop a Strawberry Kiss in the middle of each.
