Crock Pot Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cloves of garlic, peeled.
02 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed.
03 - 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce.
04 - 20 oz can of pineapple chunks, liquid removed.
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped chives for topping.
06 - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger.
07 - 3 lbs pre-cooked, frozen meatballs.
08 - 1/4 cup rice vinegar.
09 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the frozen meatballs and drained pineapple into your slow cooker.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir together soy sauce, BBQ sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar until smooth.
03 - Whisk in grated garlic and ginger to the sauce mix.
04 - Pour the sauce all over the meatballs, then let it cook for 2-3 hours on HIGH or 5-6 hours on LOW.
05 - Sprinkle chopped chives right before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Swap dried ginger if fresh isn't handy.
02 - Apple cider vinegar can work instead of rice vinegar.
03 - Serve this as a starter or a main meal.
