Quick Tortellini Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 ounces of tortellini.
02 - 1 pack of mozzarella marinated in oil.
03 - 1 cup of chopped Italian salami.
04 - 1 cup of grape tomatoes, sliced in half.
05 - Basil leaves, fresh, as much as you like.
06 - Pinch of salt, adjust to your preference.

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a pot with water, add lots of salt, and bring it to a boil.
02 - Drop the tortellini into the boiling water and cook until they rise up and soften.
03 - After draining, mix the pasta with salami, tomatoes, mozzarella (including its oil), basil, and a bit of salt.
04 - Stir everything to coat, then enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - Use the flavored oil in the mozz pack as your dressing.
02 - Keeps fine in the fridge for up to 4 days.
03 - Can be eaten straight from the fridge or warmed up to room temperature.
