# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - One cup mini pretzels (try Snyder's Gluten-Free for a great option)
02 - Five cups of Rice Chex cereal, split into portions
03 - A half-cup of powdered sugar (can be white or dyed pink)
04 - 10 ounces of white chocolate meant for melting

→ Decorations

05 - Sprinkles (these are optional, so add if you like)
06 - 6 ounces of M&Ms designed for Valentine's Day

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a big sheet pan with some parchment paper. Put the Chex cereal in a large bowl, then pour powdered sugar into a gallon-sized zip bag.
02 - Heat up the white chocolate in the microwave in short intervals of 30 seconds, stirring after each heating, until it’s smooth. Or, you can melt it using the double boiler option.
03 - Drizzle the melted chocolate over your cereal, mixing everything so it's fully coated. Pour half of this into the powdered sugar bag. Seal it and give a good shake until everything inside is covered.
04 - Mix the pretzels into the remaining chocolate-covered cereal. Spread the mixture flat on your parchment-lined pan, toss on sprinkles and those M&Ms, and top it off with the powdered sugar-covered cereal pieces.
05 - Let everything sit for about 20 minutes. Once it’s firm, gently break up any big chunks, then enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - White chocolate designed for melting works best. If you’re using regular chips, add a teaspoon of vegetable or coconut oil to help melt.
02 - For a festive look, switch out the powdered sugar for something colorful!
