Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Velvety Red Crumble

01 - 1 packet of red velvet cake mix
02 - Items needed as listed on cake mix box

→ Cheesecake Center

03 - 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
04 - 4 tbsp butter, softened
05 - Half a cup of powdered sugar
06 - Two cups of crushed graham crackers
07 - 1 tsp vanilla essence

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Follow the cake box instructions, bake it, and wait for it to cool down completely.
02 - Break the cooled cake into crumbly pieces, like rough sand. If it's sticky, dry them out in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes.
03 - Whip cream cheese, butter, and sugar together until they're light and smooth. Stir in vanilla and graham cracker crumbs until it’s well combined.
04 - Scoop out the filling with a 2 tsp cookie scoop. Roll into little balls and let them chill on a lined sheet for about an hour.
05 - Cover the chilled balls completely with cake crumbs. Roll them gently to smooth out their shape.
