Mix olive oil, yogurt, feta, and chili flakes in a food processor. Process until it’s soft and fluffy.

Let the cranberry mix sit until it cools down fully.

Spread whipped feta in a serving bowl. Spoon cranberries on top, sprinkle pistachios, drizzle honey, and finish with thyme.
