BBQ Chicken Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 5 small-to-medium-sized potatoes, diced
02 - 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 1 teaspoon each: ranch seasoning, paprika, and onion powder
05 - Some olive oil for coating potatoes
06 - 1/2 teaspoon each: salt and pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons of butter
08 - A sprinkle of garlic powder for potatoes

→ Toppings

09 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, with extra for drizzling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and coat them well with olive oil and the seasonings.
02 - Add potatoes to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for around 20-25 minutes. Shake the basket occasionally.
03 - In a skillet with butter, cook the diced chicken with the seasonings. Stir in minced garlic and BBQ sauce.
04 - Mix the cooked chicken with the potatoes, sprinkle with mozzarella, and broil until the cheese is melted.
05 - Pour some extra BBQ sauce over everything before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can melt the cheese by covering the pan with a lid instead of broiling.
02 - Adjust the potato seasonings however you like.
03 - Quickly cook everything in just one skillet.
