Mix soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a big bowl. Make sure it’s all smooth.

Put broccoli and water in a large skillet on medium heat. Cover it up with a tight lid and let it cook for 5 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to move broccoli to a plate. Wipe the pan clean afterward.

Pour avocado oil into the same skillet, heat it over medium-high, and toss in ground beef and onion. Stir and cook for roughly 7 minutes or until the beef is mostly browned.

Pour the sauce into the skillet with the beef and let it cook until it thickens and sticks to the meat. Add the broccoli back in and mix it all together.

Dish it out piping hot with rice if you want.
