Pour milk into a pot and warm it over medium heat. Stir every now and then to keep it smooth, then turn off the heat once it starts steaming.

Stir in the cocoa powder and Biscoff spread. Whisk until everything's melted and smooth.

Put the pot back on the burner. Warm it until you see steam and tiny bubbles, then take it off again.

Pour into your favorite mug. If you want, you can add whipped cream, sprinkle crushed cookies, or drizzle on some extra Biscoff spread.
