Blueberry Mint Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Blueberry-Lime Syrup

01 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
02 - 1 cup water
03 - 1 cup white sugar
04 - 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

→ Mocktail

05 - 1 mint sprig for garnish
06 - 1 can sparkling water or club soda
07 - Ice
08 - 10 fresh mint leaves
09 - 2-3 tablespoons blueberry-lime syrup
10 - 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
11 - 1/2 lime, cut into small chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Toss blueberries, sugar, water, and lime juice into a pot. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Strain with a fine sieve before letting the liquid cool down.
02 - In a tall glass, mash up some lime wedges with the syrup. Add the mint leaves and gently mash them too.
03 - Drop in the blueberries, fill the glass with ice, and pour over the soda. Stir lightly to mix.
04 - Clap the mint sprig between your hands to bring out its aroma, then place it on top as a garnish.
