# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of powdered sugar.
02 - ½ cup of unsalted butter, at room temp.
03 - 1½ tablespoons of heavy cream.
04 - ⅛ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
05 - ¼ teaspoon of peppermint extract.
06 - ⅛ teaspoon of salt.
07 - Optional: food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip softened butter until it's fluffy.
02 - On low speed, slowly add 2 cups of powdered sugar until it blends in.
03 - Add in the salt and extracts. Mix thoroughly until it's evenly combined.
04 - Mix in the heavy cream, then turn the speed up to medium for a smoother texture.
05 - Slowly mix in the rest of the powdered sugar. If you want, add a little food coloring and mix. You'll get a soft playdough-like texture.

07 - Leave the pieces at room temperature, uncovered, for a few hours to firm up.
