Cheesy Taco Folds (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 small tortillas, about 6 inches.
02 - 1 pound of hamburger meat.
03 - 1 packet of taco spice blend.
04 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese.
05 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted.
06 - Half a cup of salsa.
07 - 1 cup of grated cheddar.
08 - Optional add-ons: chopped green onions, extra salsa, sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground meat until fully cooked, then drain. Stir in the taco spices as directed on the packet.
02 - Stir together the salsa and cream cheese until it’s super smooth.
03 - Spread the cheesy mix over each tortilla, pile on the meat and cheddar. Wrap it up burrito-style.
04 - Put them on a baking tray with some oil or butter on it. Brush each one with melted butter.
05 - Pop them in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Toss on your favorite toppings afterward.
