Jello Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup white sugar.
02 - 17.5-ounce mix for snickerdoodle cookies.
03 - 1/2 cup of melted salted butter.
04 - One large-sized egg.
05 - 3 tablespoons of yellow gelatin powder.
06 - 3 tablespoons of blue gelatin powder.
07 - 3 tablespoons of red gelatin powder.
08 - 3 tablespoons of green gelatin powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and place parchment paper on your baking tray.
02 - Stir the cookie mix, butter, and egg together until smooth.
03 - Split the dough into four equal portions, using separate bowls.
04 - Work a different color of gelatin powder into each dough portion.
05 - Roll dough into 2-tablespoon balls, then coat each one in sugar.
06 - Let the cookies bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the tops feel firm.
07 - Leave cookies to cool on the tray for 3-5 minutes, then enjoy.

01 - You can swap in sugar-free gelatin.
02 - Keeps for 3-5 days at room temperature.
