→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 bag (16 oz) white frozen corn
02 - 1 bag (16 oz) yellow frozen corn
03 - 1 stick (1/2 cup) cubed butter
04 - 8 oz cubed cream cheese
05 - 2 teaspoons of salt
06 - 1 tablespoon sugar
07 - 1/2 cup of half & half or milk
08 - 1/2 cup of water
09 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Put the yellow and white corn into the slow cooker. Toss in the pepper, salt, water, and milk. Stir it up until everything is mixed well.
02 - Scatter the cubes of butter and cream cheese over the corn mixture sitting in the crock pot.
03 - Close the lid and let it cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4. At the end, give it a good stir until it’s smooth and blended. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

# Notes:

01 - This creamy and hearty side dish cooks itself, freeing up oven and stovetop space for busy occasions.
02 - It’s easy to double the batch if you have a larger (8-quart) slow cooker.
03 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days in a sealed container.
