Set oven to 350°F and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Scoop out tablespoons of cottage cheese, spacing them 2 inches apart. Press down gently till they’re about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle any seasonings you like.

Bake for 40-50 minutes until the edges darken and the tops turn golden. Start checking around 35 minutes.

Leave them out for 20-30 minutes until they’re completely set and crunchy.
