Crispy Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of 4% fat full-cream cottage cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Scoop out tablespoons of cottage cheese, spacing them 2 inches apart. Press down gently till they’re about 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Sprinkle any seasonings you like.
04 - Bake for 40-50 minutes until the edges darken and the tops turn golden. Start checking around 35 minutes.
05 - Leave them out for 20-30 minutes until they’re completely set and crunchy.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the cottage cheese is high in protein.
02 - They’re tastiest the same day you bake them.
03 - Reheating brings back the crispness.
