Use a food processor to finely chop the onion quarters along with the parsley.

Put the ground beef, onion-parsley mix, and seasonings in a big bowl. Mix them all together with your hands.

Take the meat mix and tightly mold it around metal or wooden skewers. The kebabs should be 1–1.5 inches in thickness.

Heat up your grill to medium-high, coat it with a bit of oil, and cook the kebabs for about 4 minutes on each side. Make sure the meat is done before taking them off.
