Kafta Kebabs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup of parsley, rinsed and dried
02 - 600 grams of lean minced beef
03 - 1 medium onion, peeled and cut into quarters

→ Seasonings

04 - 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust if you like more heat)
05 - 1 teaspoon of salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of a seven spice blend

# Instructions:

01 - Use a food processor to finely chop the onion quarters along with the parsley.
02 - Put the ground beef, onion-parsley mix, and seasonings in a big bowl. Mix them all together with your hands.
03 - Take the meat mix and tightly mold it around metal or wooden skewers. The kebabs should be 1–1.5 inches in thickness.
04 - Heat up your grill to medium-high, coat it with a bit of oil, and cook the kebabs for about 4 minutes on each side. Make sure the meat is done before taking them off.

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour before using them.
02 - If you don’t have the seven spice blend, you can swap it for allspice.
03 - You can shape this mix into patties and bake them at 375°F for 15–20 minutes instead.
04 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze them for 3 months max.
