Weight Loss Cabbage Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ a cabbage head, diced.
02 - 1 chopped celery stalk.
03 - Chop up 3 carrots.
04 - A 14 oz can of beef broth.
05 - 1 halved cup of fresh green beans.
06 - A diced green bell pepper.
07 - A 16 oz can of crushed tomatoes (don’t drain).
08 - A 1-cup package of dry onion soup mix.
09 - An onion, diced into small bits.
10 - 3 full cups of tomato juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the carrots, cabbage, onion, green beans, celery, bell pepper, and crushed tomatoes into a big pot.
02 - Stir in the tomato juice, beef broth, and onion soup mix.
03 - Give the whole mixture a good stir so it’s combined nicely.
04 - Let it cook on low heat for roughly 2 hours until the veggies are soft.
