Set your oven to 400°F and get baking trays ready.

Coat the horn molds lightly with oil spray.

Slice the pastries into strips about an inch wide.

Wrap the pastry strips over molds, sealing with the egg mixture.

Pop in the oven for 14 to 16 minutes until golden on top.

Leave the molds to cool down all the way through.

Whip up the cream filling and set half aside with some cocoa for flavoring.

Pipe in filling and give them a dusting of sugar.
