Flaky Pastry Horns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 puff pastry sheets, defrosted.
02 - 1 egg, big in size.
03 - A splash of water.
04 - 8 ounces of cream cheese at room temp.
05 - 3/4 cup of icing sugar.
06 - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla.
07 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream.
08 - 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa.
09 - Extra icing sugar for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and get baking trays ready.
02 - Coat the horn molds lightly with oil spray.
03 - Slice the pastries into strips about an inch wide.
04 - Wrap the pastry strips over molds, sealing with the egg mixture.
05 - Pop in the oven for 14 to 16 minutes until golden on top.
06 - Leave the molds to cool down all the way through.
07 - Whip up the cream filling and set half aside with some cocoa for flavoring.
08 - Pipe in filling and give them a dusting of sugar.

01 - Stuff them right before eating.
02 - Empty cones can be frozen.
03 - A piping bag makes stuffing easier.
04 - Grease the molds well.
