# Ingredients:

→ Apple Ginseng Energy Boost

01 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
02 - 1/3 cup blackberries, juiced or pureed
03 - 1/3 cup raspberries, juiced or pureed
04 - 1/3 cup blueberries, juiced or pureed
05 - 1/4 cup ginseng drink (or mix 1/2 tsp ginseng extract with 1/4 cup water)
06 - 2 tart green apples, juiced or pureed
07 - 1 cup water

→ Strawberry Orange Ginger Kick

08 - 2.5 oz ginger root, juiced or blended
09 - 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped and juiced or blended
10 - 2 oranges, juiced or blended
11 - 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
12 - 1/4 cup honey (optional)
13 - 1 1/2 cups water

# Instructions:

01 - Use 1/2 cup water to puree the apples into a smooth applesauce texture. Scoop into a bowl.
02 - Blend cinnamon, berries, and the ginseng drink (or ginseng mix) together. Combine with apples, then blend until silky.
03 - Pour through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing gently to extract juice. Stir in 1 cup water.
04 - Pour into small 2-oz containers—makes 10 to 12 servings.
05 - Throw oranges, strawberries, ginger, cayenne, and 1 cup water into a blender. If blender is small, blend fruits first, then add the rest.
06 - Run mixture through a fine sieve, stir in 1/2 cup more water and optional honey. Blend well.
07 - Pour into 2-oz portions, making about 10 to 15 servings.
