Sweet Berry Swirled Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon purple gel food coloring.
02 - 1 tablespoon honey.
03 - 1 cup sugar.
04 - 2 cups melted white chocolate.
05 - 1/2 cup softened butter.
06 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
07 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 teaspoon blue gel food coloring.
10 - 1 cup oatmeal.
11 - 1 cup fresh blueberries, some set aside for garnishing.
12 - 1 cup plain flour.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
02 - In a stand mixer, blend the butter and sugar until it’s creamy and smooth.
03 - Microwave the flour for one minute, stir it, then heat again for 15 seconds. Add it to your butter mixture.
04 - Combine white chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short 15-second bursts and stir in between until it’s completely melted.
05 - Fold the chocolate mix into the butter mix. Drop in the blueberries and gently stir.
06 - Stir in food colorings separately, giving each just one turn so you don’t combine the colors too much.
07 - Blend oats, brown sugar, vanilla, and honey together. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally while baking.
08 - Spread the fudge mixture in the prepared dish and leave it in the fridge overnight. Once set, slice it into pieces. Top with the crispy oat mix and a few fresh berries.

# Notes:

01 - Go easy when mixing the colors or the swirled look will disappear.
02 - Warm the flour to make it safe to eat.
03 - Don’t take your eyes off the oat topping while it cooks. It can burn fast.
