02 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - 2 to 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil

05 - A pinch of ground black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
06 - A small amount of dried oregano (1/4 teaspoon)
07 - A touch of salt (1/4 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Put the olive oil in a skillet. Use medium-high heat to warm it up.
02 - Toss in the chopped garlic and cook for around 3 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when it smells amazing.
03 - Add the oregano, flour (start with 2 tablespoons), pepper, and salt while mixing it all up.
04 - Pour in the half & half all at once. Keep whisking while letting it cook until it’s thick and starts to bubble—should take about 3 minutes.
